A starting point.

This first edition maps 77 central London station locations, with 25 discovery guides. Every station opens an interactive preview. Red-centred stations also have first-edition guides. The other previews clearly identify that their full guide is coming later. Westminster demonstrates the new guide design; more guides will follow as they are researched and reviewed. The map shows central sections of all eleven Underground lines. Outer branches and other rail networks are not shown. These are train connections, not walking routes. Paddington’s Hammersmith & City platforms are shown separately from its other Underground platforms.

What the map does not show

It is not the full network or a journey planner. Outer branches, other rail services, exits and some interchange details are not shown. Layout is schematic and distances are distorted. Use TfL’s journey planner for travel, live service changes and step-free information.

Our own visual identity

The layout, paths and station markers were drawn independently for Get Off Here. Familiar Underground line colours identify the services. No TfL map artwork, roundel or Johnston font is used. Station and service names identify real places and transport services. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TfL.

We reviewed TfL’s design and branding guidance, which restricts unlicensed use of its maps and branding. This design approach is not legal clearance; the name and final commercial design still need a trade mark and rights review before public launch.

How these guides are put together

Each page combines specific places with an editorial walking suggestion, a free option, a family option and history. Official visitor links are included. These are first-edition editorial guides, not reports of personal visits. Venue-by-venue opening and access checks are still in progress. No live opening claims, fixed prices or ratings are implied.

Suggested durations allow for stops and are estimates, not measured walking directions. Use a street map to follow the named locations. Check official booking and accessibility details before committing to a visit.

The playful landmark and bus illustrations were created for Get Off Here. They are decorative interpretations; the station connections are drawn separately.
